Moaba Works Inc. ("the Company") handles users' personal data with care and complies with applicable laws including Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. This notice applies to personal data processed for the TeachPatch beta waitlist on moabaworks.com.

1. Data we collect

Receiving TeachPatch beta requests and identifying applicants
Sending beta launch and service-related updates
(With optional consent) providing marketing information such as new features and events

3. Retention period

Collected data is retained until the beta ends or until you withdraw consent (request deletion), then destroyed without delay. Where retention is required by law, data is kept for that period.

4. Withdrawal & deletion

You may withdraw consent and request deletion at any time. Contact us at the email below and we will act without delay.

5. Third parties & processors

We do not provide your personal data to third parties without consent. We use the following services to run the website; they may process data on servers outside Korea (e.g., in the United States).

6. Cookies & visit analytics

We use Google Analytics and NAVER Analytics to understand how the website is used and to improve it. Through cookies and similar technologies, usage data such as pages visited, time of visit, referral source, device and browser, approximate region, and button clicks or sign-up completion are collected automatically. We do not send names, email addresses or other directly identifying information to analytics tools.

Retention: according to the Google Analytics data-retention setting (up to 14 months) and NAVER Analytics service policy
How to opt out: block cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Blocking cookies also limits NAVER Analytics collection, and does not limit your use of the website.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data, and we will handle such requests under applicable law.
